॥ शिवषडक्षर स्तोत्रम ॥
ऒंकारं बिन्दुसंयुक्तं नित्यं ध्यायन्ति योगिनः ।
कामदं मोक्षदं चैव ऒंकाराय नमो नमः ॥ 1 ॥
नमन्ति ऋषयो देवा नमन्त्यप्सरसां गणाः ।
नरा नमन्ति देवेशं नकाराय नमो नमः ॥ 2 ॥
महादेवं महात्मानं महाध्यान परायणम ।
महापापहरं देवं मकाराय नमो नमः ॥ 3 ॥
शिवं शान्तं जगन्नाथं लोकानुग्रहकारकम ।
शिवमेकपदं नित्यं शिकाराय नमो नमः ॥ 4 ॥
वाहनं वृषभो यस्य वासुकिः कण्ठभूषणम ।
वामे शक्तिधरं देवं वकाराय नमो नमः ॥ 5 ॥
यत्र यत्र स्थितो देवः सर्वव्यापी महेश्वरः ।
यो गुरुः सर्वदेवानां यकाराय नमो नमः ॥ 6 ॥
षडक्षरमिदं स्तोत्रं यः पठेच्छिवसन्निधौ ।
शिवलोकमवाप्नोति शिवेन सह मोदते ॥ 7 ॥
इति श्रीरुद्रयामले उमामहेश्वरसंवादे शिवषडक्षरस्तोत्रं संपूर्णम ॥
॥ Lord Shiva Shadakshari Stotram Meaning ॥
Salutations and salutations to letter “om”,
Which is meditated as a letter Om with a dot,
Daily by great sages,
And leads them to fulfillment of desires,
And the attainment of salvation.

Which is saluted by great sages,
Which is saluted by groups of divine maidens,
And which is saluted by men and the king of devas.

Which is saluted as the greatest god,
Which is saluted by great souls,
Which is greatly meditated and read,
And which is the stealer of all sins.

Which is Lord Shiva,
Who is the abode of peace,
Who is the lord of the universe,
Who is the one who blesses the world,
And which is the one word that is eternal.
Salutations and salutations to letter “va”,
Which the God who holds in his left Goddess Shakthi,
And who rides on a bull,
And wears on his neck the snake Vasuki.
Salutations and salutations to letter “ya”,
Which is the teacher of all the devas,
Who exists wherever gods exist,
And who is the great God spread everywhere
If one reads this prayer of six letters,
In front of God shiva,
He would reach the world of Shiva,
And be always happy with him.
